The Microsac Double Filter System

PE- Microsacs are gamma-irradiated and are therefore not autoclavable. Mostly used in bulk systems, they are in many ways similar to other PE-bags but with the advantage of reduced substrate dehydration in the zone below the filters. This is the key to their success and a technological advancement. 

We keep the contact surface between the filter and the substrate as small as possible by putting an extra barrier between substrate and filter, without limiting filtration capacities and optimizing gas exchange. We offer Tyvek® filters, multi-component filters and hydrophobic non woven filters.
