Each bag will carry a unique barcode linking it to the parameters of its exact moment of production.

During production, all significant settings and parameters are time-stamped, measured, and registered in a database. This allows real-time monitoring of the production process and strengthens our quality control management. Irregularities can be more easily detected and the affected bags can be eliminated.

Additionally, simply by scanning the barcode on the bag, we will be able to retrieve the precise manufacturing details for each individual bag, giving us full traceability.

The xx-xxxxx-xxxxxx barcode corresponds to: a technical code (xx), production code (-xxxxx-) and the bag sequence number (xxxxxx).

If ever you have questions about the bags you are working with, you can scan the barcodes into an Excel or Word file. Just send the file over to us and we can investigate the bag, carton or batch you have received.
